Description
Fincare Paveclean is a biodegradable concentrated low alkaline solution used to clean and degrease hard surfaces and is ideal for concrete and masonry applications. Used in industrial, commercial and domestic applications it is affective in removing tyre marks, grease, industrial soils and petroleum-based liquid products without damaging existing sealers. Finseal Paveclean offers a low alkaline solution to cleaning for quick results and low health, safety and environment risk.

Application Guidelines
Dilution Rates
Heavy soiled surfaces
Dilute 1 part Fincare Paveclean to 5 parts water.
Lightly soiled surfaces
Dilute 1 part Fincare Paveclean to between 30 to 50 parts water as required.
Application Method
Dilute material to desired concentration and slowly stir the material until thoroughly mixed. Apply with spray unit or stiff brush at sufficient rate to achieve consistent coverage.
Allow Fincare Paveclean to dwell on the surface for up to 15 mins.
Remove the contaminant with brush, mop, vaccum, autoscrubber or pressure water until all contaminants are removed. Rinse all surfaces thoroughly with clean water, noting to wash vertical surfaces from the top down to avoid re-soiling of cleaned areas.
