Finseal XYLENE is a versatile high solvency hydrocarbon solvent for removing grease oil, dirt, polymeric surface coating. Finseal XYLENE is designed for thinning and stripping sealers specifically for solvent based Finseal sealers.

Application Instructions
Thinning Sealers
Read and follow relevant Finduro Finseal XYLENE TDS when thinning sealers.
Stripping Sealers
- Conduct a small test patch in an inconspicuous area to ensure adequate product performance, substrate porosity and provide an indication of the time required to complete project.
- Apply sealer with solvent resistant spray unit at sufficient rate to achieve consistent coverage in even coats.
- Apply to surface with a stiff broom or brush. Wait until all layers of sealers are fully dissolved before cleaning the surface with stiff broom or brush.
- It is not necessary to clean the surface with water after using the product.
